Thank you for visiting and shopping at Buderim Jeweller’s. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days; however, items that we do not hold in store will have to be ordered; therefore, these products will take another 2-3 business days to arrive than normal.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Click and Collect is not available at this stage.

*Please note that due to Covid-19 (Coronavirus) you may experience a small delay in receiving your product.

*We always endeavour to get your product/s delivered to you on time; however, because we rely on other companies at times your delivery times may be extended.

*Please be aware that some stock may have to be put on back order; therefore, this may result in an extended delivery time as well.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes:

We ship to P.O. Boxes, but please be aware that some couriers may not. So where possible, use a physical address.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Buderim Jeweller’s is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Buderim Jeweller’s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.

Coronavirus Update:

We would like to assure you we are following the advice of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation in assuring you that we are taking every necessary precaution to minimise the spread of Covid-19. In doing so we have added additional safety and cleaning measures with the contact and handling of stock.
